Natalie Donnally

Natalie has spearheaded the development & implementation of critical healthcare policies aimed at improving access, quality, & affordability for diverse populations. With extensive experience serving in multiple advisory boards & steering committees to advance legislative advocacy, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement, she has a proven track record of driving impactful policy changes on local, state & federal issues eradicating cancer & co-morbidity disparities.

Natalie has also transformed equitable changes in clinical trials and research. Utilizing her principal investigator skills along with robust partnerships to linguistically transform resonating & culturally relevant messages in non-white communities who have the highest rates of poor health outcomes & mortality by ways of treatment modalities with the lowest efficacy.

One of Natalie's most important roles has been advancing equity for organ & tissue donation & transplant services as a tissue procurement specialist and educator.

She has been a leading executive through innovation, relationship building, co-development of sustainable solution based models, unapologetic advocacy efforts, communicative articulations of quality data & information, & strategic business development & management.

Additionally, Natalie has contributed to over 26 years of global medical missionary works to bridge the gap between domestic & international medical advancements & collaborative efforts of global impact on eradicating systemic inequities.

Lastly, her legacy will be imbedded in her mission to act as an instrument of positive change in community, third world countries & with others who struggle with resources necessary to thrive in a healthy and safe environment. Natalie finds herself guided by a spiritual belief that everyone has a purpose and capacity to serve. She will utilize all of the talents that God has given her and will participate in all aspects of her life with energy, purpose and gratitude.

Through this focus Natalie will give more than she takes and will not be guided by the promise of money or fame in making the choices to give back to those in need.
